Q: What process do you use to clean carpets that they dry in 1 Hour?

A: The process Heaven’s Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning uses is called Low Moisture.

To start cleaning, we vacuum the carpet. This is an important step that allows us to pickup any loose dirt that's on the carpet. We also use another vacuum to get down by the very edge of the carpet & baseboards. Next we apply our special pet and people friendly citrus based cleaning solution to the carpet.  Any dirt or grime that is stuck on the carpet fibers will break down, allowing us to pick it up with our powerful cleaning equipment. If there are any areas that need special attention, we apply our pre-spotter first.  Next, our powerful buffer, with our specially designed absorbent pads or bonnets underneath the buffer, gently lifts away soil and moisture.

The last step we take on most carpets is to rake the carpet with a unique carpet rake. This helps the carpet fibers stand up.  The carpet dries faster, and will help make your carpet look like new.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

We carry the "Square" credit card reader attactched to an ipad. Your credit card is processed in front of you and then we e-mail or text your credit card receipt to you.

Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

A:  Your carpet will be Dry in 1 Hour after we leave.

Q:  Do you clean RV's?

A:  Yes.  Because of the small tight spaces in RV's, we use our water extraction method in the tight spaces.  Since this process uses more water, it will take longer than our usual 1 Hour drying time for your carpets to dry. 

Q: Do you offer Carpet Protector & Upholstery Protector?

A: Yes.  Heaven's Best Carpet and Fabric protector creates an invisible shield within the carpet and upholstery fibers to provide deep down protection from spills, spots and everyday soiling.  It makes carpet and upholstery cleaning easier and reduces the risk of permanent staining.  Spills clean up easier and faster. 

Stain resistant carpets and upholstery fibers have been treated with a product to reduce the possibility of permanent staining.  Over time, these products wear off leaving your carpet and  upholstery unprotected.

Heaven's Best Protector is the best product available for stain resistance.  In most cases, it will out-perform the original applied to your carpet or upholstery during the manufacturing process.

For demonstration purposes, we have tissues that have been treated with our Carpet & Upholstery Protector.  We simply put a little water on the treated tissues; the water will bead on top of the tissue until it evaporates.

Q: Should I have my carpets steamed cleaned?

A: Steam cleaning or hot water extraction is a good process; however, the large amounts of water used in the steam cleaning process can weaken the carpet backing and more often than not, cause dirt and stains to “re-wick.“ This is the term used when soil and stains resurface. Carpet that has been steamed cleaned will take from 6 to 8 hours to dry and up to 48 hours if they used too much moisture. 

Our LMCCA (Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning Association) approved process will not only have your carpets Dry in 1 Hour, but more importantly, your carpet will be clean!

Q: How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

A: You should consider cleaning your carpets every six months, or at the very least once a year.  Dirt is abrasive and can ruin your carpet.  Every step you take on the dirt in your carpet grinds the dirt into the carpet fibers and can permanently damage the carpet.  Vacuuming several times a week will keep your carpet from needing frequent cleanings.

Q: Do you move furniture?

Yes. We will move most seated furniture such as small tables, sofas and chairs. Pictures, lamps, memorabilia, etc from tables should be removed prior to our arrival.

*If you are physically unable to move some of the smaller items, don't worry!  We will move them for you and put them back in place after we are finished cleaning.

Any heavy furniture you would like moved such as sectionals, pianos, fragile furniture, beds, entertainment centers, computer desks, armoires etc., will need to be moved prior to our arrival.

Q: Do you remove gum, wax and heavy soil?

A: Yes. We have great success removing gum, wax and heavy soil build up. We also remove red dye stains caused by a wine spill, juice such as Gatorade or kool-aid.  Extra charges may apply.

Q: Are your products safe for children and pets?

A: Yes. With our environmentally safe citrus based cleaning solutions you can rest assured your carpet is safe for children and pets.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. We are Bonded, Insured and carry Workman’s Comp. Let us know prior to arrival if you would like to see this information.

Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: Yes. For residential customers, we can usually give you an estimate over the phone based on the information you give us. We keep our pricing very simple. As long as the information you give us is accurate, the phone estimate will be accurate.


If you prefer, we can come to your home and give you an exact written estimate.

Note:   Stains such as wine, juice, coffee etc can take a lot of time and effort to improve or remove.  We can give you an idea of cost over the phone - although often we can't give an exact estimate until we're on site.

On commercial work, we prefer to come to your business and give you an exact written estimate.

Q:  Do you do Water Restoration?

A:  Generally no.  Although we can take care of small floods, we are not equipped to handle large floods.  We recommend Flood Response.  760-343-3933.  They will respond within 1 hour.
